Your first visit is 1.5 to 2hrs and involves taking a thorough Health History including your family history, your lifestyle, the stressors in your life, past medical history, history of accidents or injuries and the significant events in your life that have affected your health or well being.

Often times a second visit is required to assess your diet and to perform a relevant physical examination or any further standard lab examinations that would help in assessment of your condition. This visit takes about 1 hr and usually a specific treatment plan is provided on this visit.

The treatment plan includes both short term and long-term interventions to address immediate concerns and ensure your long-term health and to empower you to become independent on your journey towards health.
